We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HRBP/ Sr.

HRBP in our People & Culture team in driving smooth HR processes and creating a great employee experience.

Role purpose:

Work closely with business leaders to align people's decisions with revenue plans, execution needs, and scale priorities.

The mandate is straightforward: improve how teams are structured, hired, developed, and held accountable so the business can grow faster and with fewer mistakes.

Core responsibilities:

- Convert business and revenue plans into org design, role clarity, and hiring priorities.

- Build hiring plans that balance cost, capability, and time-to-ramp.

- Identify performance and team-effectiveness issues early and drive clear resolution.

- Support compensation and role structuring to retain strong performers and reduce churn.

- Strengthen manager capability in feedback, expectations, and decision-making.

- Use people data (attrition, ramp, productivity trends) to inform leadership decisions.

What success in this role looks like:

- Hiring linked directly to business priorities; fewer mis-hires and role mismatches.

- Faster ramp-up for new hires and clearer ownership across teams.

- Performance issues addressed earlier and with less escalation.

- Leaders rely on you as a practical operating partner, not an approvals function.

Profile that fits:

- First-principles thinker with a clear understanding of how the business creates revenue and value.

- Experience in fast-growth environments where decisions need to move from diagnosis to action quickly.

- Background in HRBP, Strategy, Ops, or adjacent roles where outcomes mattered more than program ownership.
