Role Overview:

The Advisor Engagement Manager - Operations will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with advisors, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, and providing necessary operational and business support.

This role serves as a bridge between the company, Advisors, and Area Sales Managers (ASM), driving engagement, business growth, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advisor Support & Relationship Management

- Connect regularly with advisors to understand and resolve any issues or challenges.

- Act as the primary point of contact for advisor-related escalations and support requirements.

- Assist advisors with operational, technical, or process-related queries promptly and effectively.

Business Development & Engagement:

- Reach out to advisors to obtain business and encourage consistent engagement.

- Build and maintain strong relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.

- Motivate advisors to achieve business goals and improve productivity.

Monitoring & Reporting:

- Track ASM (Area Sales Manager) activities and ensure timely updates in LSQ (Lead Status Queue).

- Audit the calls and reports updated by ASMs to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Contact advisors to collect feedback and validate interactions recorded by ASMs.

- Good understanding of sales processes and advisor networks.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and LSQ systems.

- Strong problem-solving and escalation handling skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Master's degree in relevant field.

- 2+ years of experience in Advisor Relations and Operations.

- Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or Channel Management preferred
