Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships while assisting management team in identifying/developing opportunities to grow the relationship.

- Adopt a framework-based approach to effectively structure and solve complex business problems (such as GTM strategy, partner advisory, competitive strategy and benchmarking, pricing strategy, etc.

- Contribute to the development of TMT practice, including developing innovative ideas, frameworks, and approaches.

- Get opportunity to communicate effectively and present results to all audiences including senior leaders in client organization and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team.

- Work with high performing teams on a wide range of consultative projects for TMT (Technology, Media & Telecom) clients to help them develop their strategy, analyze their competitive landscape or solve their complex business problems.

- Mentor analysts and senior analysts for successful project execution.

- Utilize advanced AI powered tools in EVS to extract insights, optimize operations, enhance efficiency and drive sustainable growth

- Build domain knowledge of niche technology areas such as AI/ML/GenAI, cloud computing, datacenters, cyber security, IoT, productivity & collaboration tools, telecom technologies, and others as per the project requirements.

Core Competencies:

- 8-10 years of business research or strategic consulting and project management experience with minimum 3-4 years of consulting experience in a reputed organization

- Can do" attitude and ability to take initiative.

- Proven track record of working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively, collaborate with multiple teams and ability to work effectively with C-suite and senior stakeholders in an organization.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university; advanced degree or MBA is preferred.

- Strong academics with very good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Graduation degree required with strong academic credentials MBA form a premier B-school(preferable)
