Job Description :  Business analysts will join the investment banking team at Evalueserve, will support bankers in several critical research areas such as follows:   - Comparable company valuation: trading and transaction multiples, computation of Enterprise Value etc.   - Preparation of detailed pitch books.  - Preparation of marketing material such company profiles, newsletters etc.  - Industry overview/research.  - Collecting financial data using on-line and other data sources such as Thomson one banker, Capital IQ, Reuters, Bloomberg etc .  - Creating and maintaining databases.  - Developing company's operating metrics in conjunction with their relevance in different sectors/ companies.  - Handling ad hoc research requests as per client requirements  Skill Set required :  - Strong Accounting and financial skills.   - Eye for details and ability to identify and solve issues effectively on time.  - Good MS Office Skills.  - Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.  - Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner. Ability to practice attentive and active listening skills.  - Knowledge of database tools.  - Ability to identify proactive ways to contribute to firms goals & mission.  Education and experience Required :   - Bachelor's/Masters degree with a major in economics, accounting or from a reputed institute with 6 months-5 years experience in the similar profile
