Job description : - Support Equity Research Analyst of a global investment bank in carrying out research on a portfolio of companies - Track news, events, and results of the companies under coverage - Track and monitor regulatory trends impacting the industry - Build and maintain databases tracking key macroeconomic indicators/industry KPIs - Work on Financial Models update historical numbers, build projections, and carry out valuation - Listen to and summarize investment conference calls - Assist the Lead Analyst in preparation of company profiles, newsletters, flash notes, earning notes, initiating coverage reports, etc. - Develop roadshow presentations - Handle ad-hoc research requests as per client requirements Skill Set :&nbsp; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong understanding of accounting concepts and ability to conduct financial analysis - Understanding of valuation methodologies - Good financial writing skills (beyond factual reporting, such as company description) - Well versed in building financial models with forecasting - Ability to build client relations - Ability to work independently Knowledge of database tools, including Bloomberg, Reuters, and other financial data systems - Knowledge of VBA, Excel Macros will be an added advantage Education and experience:&nbsp; - MBA (Finance) /CA; CFA (US) would be an added advantage&nbsp; - Experience: 35 years in Sell-side Equity Research&nbsp; Evalueserve - We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities (EEO) globally, eliminating discrimination, and promoting good relations among employees, regardless of age, disability, ethnicity or origin, sex, gender assignment, gender identity, religion or belief, sexual orientation, and marital or civil partnership status.
