- Supporting the corporate strategy team of a broad energy company in formulating and rolling out new strategies - Analyse, interpret and synthesize learning from various research sources and draw executable conclusions for stakeholders - Carry out competitor and industry analysis for determining the attractiveness of different markets for the client - Prepare standard or custom products capturing major Oil &amp; Gas/ New energy industry trends and other key geo-political events. - Structure problems and plan delivery along with managers - Client communication - Clearly express ideas, results and recommendations both orally and in writing - Contribute actively in team discussions and work on various group specific strategic initiatives - Support Group manager in project and people management responsibilities Pre-requisites: &nbsp;Relevant experience in each of the following: - Business research - Data compilation, analysis and synthesis - Report writing and presentation, with high skill in drawing insights from information - Project management - Excellent secondary research skills and good knowledge of market analysis frameworks - Excellent writing and editing skills in English, communication and inter-personnel skills - Ability to understand the link between client needs, data and its application - Excellent working skills with Microsoft Office tools, especially power point, word and excel - Familiarity with key research databases (knowledge of IHS, Wood Mackenzie are added advantage) - Innovative thinking abilities and solution-oriented approach to work Education and experience: - MBA from a college of repute - 4-6 years of market/business research experience - Relevant industry (Oil &amp; gas or Energy) experience will be an added advantage - Team player with an ability to work in challenging situations - Strong academics with very good communication skills We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities (EEO) globally, eliminating discrimination, and promoting good relations among employees, regardless of age, disability, ethnicity or origin, sex, gender assignment, gender identity, religion or belief, sexual orientation, and marital or civil partnership status.
