- Regional Sales Manager (RSM) / Ass. Regional Sales Manager (Ass-RSM).

- Location: Mumbai.

Job Description:

- Deliver Hexagon Performance for the Assigned Area through available Resources (Sales, Outstanding, Rotation, Discounts, Range & Reach ).

- Create Annual, Quarter and monthly business plans(Sales , Business Development KRAs) at area and territory level and ensure accomplishment of those in Europa Way.

- Ensure People development agenda (Plan and Delivery) using IGP Tool for each team member.

- Ensure correct and timely implementation of IOUR, PMS, PIP, IGP, TABLE ; Joint DO & DEMONSTRATE.

- Ensure joint market visits with ASM , SE/SO teams to cover key/main geographies and customer types in reasonable and frequent manner.

- Provide market feedback to HO and relevant functions.

- Conduct regular and detailed review of team members for both business and people goals for short and long term agendas.

- Ensure and Own Branch, ESP, CNF operations with compliant and smooth manner to provide best service to the market and stakeholders.

- Provide timely and correct feedback and ensure cross functional work with all relevant CFT team leaders/members.

- Recommend new opportunities in product lines, services, processes , geographies, customer segments by surveying market needs, trends and competitor activities/plans.

- Suggest , Own , Participate and ensure delivery of Key Organisation agendas Like Initiatives, Pilots , Launches , Key Focus Product/Geography/Customer Segment/Channel.

- Create, Improve adhere to Frameworks, processes, and plans.

Candidate Profile:

- Age : 35-42 Years.

- Min Experience :Overall 10+ Experience; 6+ Years at Manager Grade ; Min 2-3 years at RSM / State Head Grade in reputed company.

- Education : Post Graduation with good academics.

- Preferable MBA.

- Skills : Excel Basics Pivot, VLOOKUP, Basic Formulas ; Review structure, PJP creation , Team PMS, Knowledge of Geography of the state and worked min 2-3 different locations within state.
