Location: Chakan Pune

Job Description

- Involve in each project from grass root level right from concept preparation, proto testing, supplier development, product life testing, batch plan discipline & delivery of finished goods to customer.

- Ensure product meet customer & internal technical, quality requirement.

- Ensure to achieve product quality objective together with project team.

- Monitors the defined & agreed objective, & reports the project status to superior.

- Monitor day to day project progress status and ensure first time right quality.

- Raised lesson learn opportunity & ensure that best practice from previous projects is used.

- Participate in FMEA review. Share the lesson learned from similar project.

- Ensure customer requirements are met throughout the whole project.

- Ensure product verification, validation & regulation.

- Escalate for NPD process non-compliance issue & take follow-up to their closure.

- Validate daily product life/torque/theft/SST test status & inform to team for any deviation.

- Validation of corrective & preventive action taken on field & assembly line.

- Field failure & customer complaint analysis & improvement.

- Use of product & process knowledge to build PFMEA.

- Plan Process audit, FGWH Audit, Dock Audit, FAIR approval as per project need.

- Responsible to conduct SPC & MSA as per project requirement.

- Planning of daily development inspection activity as per project priority.

- Prepare monthly development quality MRM data.

- Monitor development internal customer PPM, FI PPM, Supplier PPM.

Candidate Profile:

- Should have minimum 6 -10 years of experience in NPD quality.

Qualification: Through knowledge on various manufacturing process like sheet metal stamping, Handover experience on PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA. ISO 9001 :2016 auditor & Six Sigma Yellow belt certification will be advantage.

- Excellent CFT coordination skill, ability to resolve CFT conflict on time.
