Description: Current Opening Finance and Costing Manager. Pune.

Location: Bhosari-MIDC.

Job Description:

- Financial Analysis & Cost Control, including closing of books and financial stat.

- Budget Management with focus on margin improvement.

- Assist in Internal and Statutory Audits and coordinate with auditors.

- Prepare and review MIS reports, Daily Financial Dashboards, and data Analysis.

- Evolve, strengthen & ensure adherence to Company process, Policies from the FINANCE & Control perspective.

- Support Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) in policy changes and project management with a focus on costs & budget.

Candidate Profile:

- CA / CMA / MBA with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.

- Experience in Building Material Industry preferred , else consumer goods , auto.

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Taxation and Compliance.

- Proficient in MS Excel, and MIS reporting.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Integrity, punctuality, and process adherence.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in SAP.

- Monitor performance, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
