Europa Locks - Manager - Digital

Job Description:

- Support Digital Initiatives: Assist in planning and executing Digital Manufacturing projects, particularly in areas related to shop floor automation, and sales and business development projects.

- SFA Tool Administration: Manage and maintain the Sales Force Automation (SFA) tool, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.

- Provide training and support to users as needed.

- Project Coordination/Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital projects such as Purchase, Logistics, Quality, SCM, Engineering, NPD etc.

- to ensure digital projects meet timelines, budgets, and objectives.

- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors/partners for digital solutions and services.

- Ensure vendor performance aligns with project requirements, timelines, SLAs, and quality standards.

- Change Management: Drive adoption of new digital tools and processes by engaging stakeholders, managing communication, facilitating training sessions, and addressing resistance to change.

- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Excel and other data analysis tools to generate reports, analyse data trends, and support decision-making processes related to digital initiatives.

- Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project developments.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support sales and business development efforts.

- Training and Support: Assist in training staff on new digital tools and technologies, fostering a culture of digital literacy within the organization.

Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 6-10 years of experience in Digital Manufacturing, project management, or a related field, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.

- Familiarity with digital tools, OEE Implementation, P2P & O2I Automation and sales support.

- Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana) is a plus.

- Should have sound knowledge SAP Integration architecture, Middleware, Databases, On Prem Servers etc
