Europa Locks - Accounts Manager

Description: Current Opening Accounts Manager.

Location: Pune, Bhosari-MIDC.

Job Description:

- Handle complete Sales Accounting Operations, including closing of books and financial statements.

- Manage Statutory Compliances wrt. Sales Accounting (GST, TDS ).

- Conduct Internal and Statutory Audits and coordinate with auditors.

- Prepare and review MIS reports, Daily Financial Dashboards, Outstanding Reports, conflict resolution and data Analysis.

- Ensure adherence to Company Policies, including credit limits, Credit note management, warranty claims, scheme control & effectiveness.

- Support Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) in resolving financial issues and process improvements.

Candidate Profile:

- B.Com/PG with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.

- Experience in Building Material Industry preferred , else consumer goods , auto sales.

- Exposure to Multi-Location Accounting and Audit Management.

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Taxation, and Compliance.

- Proficient in MS Excel, and MIS reporting.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Integrity, Punctuality, and Process Adherence.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Must have led a team of 10+ on-roll and off-roll (Back office ). Monitor performance, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
