Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Territory Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The role demands a professional who can manage daily field operations, strengthen client relationships, and ensure service excellence across Automotive, Medical, Travel, and Digital Assistance services. The role is hybrid with some work-from-home flexibility.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Manage and expand relationships with key clients across the assigned territory
- Ensure seamless service delivery across all assistance offerings
- Drive regional performance against set business targets
- Monitor day-to-day operations and resolve service escalations swiftly
- Coordinate with internal departments to align delivery with customer expectations
- Develop and implement local territory strategies for growth and service improvement
- Analyze regional performance data and generate actionable insights
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
- Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and service audits
- Represent the company at local events and client engagements to strengthen market presence
Required Skillsets:
- Proven track record in territory or field operations management
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical mindset with performance and data-driven decision-making
- Experience in handling services related to Automotive Assistance, Medical/Travel Services, or Digital Protection
- Sound knowledge of service quality management
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with limited supervision
- Team player with experience in cross-functional coordination
Educational Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Preferred Background: Experience in the Assistance Services industry or a similar client-facing, service-driven domain is a strong advantage.
