Role:
- Lead strategy, product development, partnerships and P&L for the VAS portfolio.
- Drive revenue growth, high- volume distribution, and cross- functional delivery across product, sales, operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Roadmap: Define VAS vision and 1-3 year roadmap.
- P&L & Commercials: Own revenue, pricing, bundling and margin targets.
- Product Lifecycle: Lead ideation, pilots, launches and scale for core VAS and wholesale variants.
- Business Development: Manage key accounts and partnerships to drive product penetration and distribution.
- GTM & Promotions: Design go- to- market and promotional mechanics for large- scale rollouts.
- Operations & Contact Centre: Implement scalable, cost- efficient contact centre/outbound models with strong data governance.
- Customer & Payments: Ensure smooth onboarding, fulfilment and payment flows; improve CSAT/NPS.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure regulatory and data- privacy compliance across offerings.
- People Leadership: Build and mentor a cross- functional VAS team.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Commerce or related; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years in product/commercial leadership with experience launching and scaling VAS or bundled products.
