Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Gurgaon.
- The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions including HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management.
- Daily tasks include implementing HR strategies, overseeing employee relations, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- The role requires collaboration with various departments to facilitate a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications:
- Human Resources (HR) skills in end to end payroll , compliance .
- Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the industrial or IT sector is a plus
