Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a North Sales Head, located in Gurugram.
- The North Sales Head will oversee sales operations, manage accounts, and lead a sales team.
- Daily tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends and performance, and ensuring team targets and goals are met.
- The role demands strong leadership skills and an ability to foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Additionally, the North Sales Head will nurture client relationships and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- Strong Analytical Skills and B2B sales.
- Proven experience in Account Management and nurturing client relationships.
- Expertise in Sales and Sales Management.
- Effective Team Management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the commercial building, IT, hospitality, or retail sectors is a plus.
