Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Global Growth Lead located in Gurugram.
- The International Export Head will oversee the export operations, manage supply chains, handle procurement, and ensure seamless operations management.
- The role requires leading a team, enhancing customer service, and maintaining client relationships.
- Responsibilities also include coordinating with international offices and managing regulatory compliance for exports.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, and Procurement.
- Proven Team Leadership and Customer Service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience in the export/import industry is a plus.
