Euronics - General Manager - Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly accomplished General Manager Operations to provide strategic leadership across Quality, Product Development, Product Design, and Supply Chain.

This senior role carries full P&L accountability and direct oversight of all operational heads.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in managing large, complex operations and aligning cross-functional teams with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include driving operational excellence, accelerating product innovation, optimizing costs, and ensuring world-class quality and supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all operational departments (Supply Chain, Quality, After Sales, NPD, Industrial design).

- Drive innovation, product development, and quality excellence to meet market needs.

- Strengthen supply chain performance with focus on cost efficiency and timely delivery.

- Take regular reviews of HODs, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational benchmarks.

- Manage operational budgets with full P&L accountability.

- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO in driving growth and organizational performance.

Requirements:

- 10-15 years of senior operations leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.

- Strong track record in P&L management, supply chain, and product innovation.

- Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams and deliver business results.

- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
