Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) based in Bangalore with expertise in Corporate B2B Sales and a strong network among architects and interior designers.

The candidate should have the ability to manage client relationships, influence key decision-makers, and drive business growth in the premium corporate and commercial segment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive corporate (B2B) sales for Euronics products in Bangalore and nearby regions.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and corporate clients.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within large corporates, IT parks, coworking spaces, and commercial projects.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand requirements and offer tailored solutions.

- Collaborate with the design and technical teams to provide customized project solutions.

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Maintain sales pipeline, generate reports, and provide market intelligence on competition and trends.

Requirements:

- Experience: 4 to 8 years of proven experience in Corporate B2B Sales / Project Sales.

- Strong network with architects, interior designers, and consultants in Bangalore.

- Demonstrated ability to handle large accounts and corporate clients.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field visits.

- Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).

Preferred Background:

- Prior experience in interiors, or allied industries.

- Candidates who have worked with corporate clients and design influencers in Bangalore.
