Senior Research Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Research Analyst with hands-on experience in in vitro studies, data analysis, and a strong understanding of GLP and NABL practices.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently planning, executing, and supporting research studies in a dynamic and collaborative laboratory environment.

Educations:

Phd/ Master in related field

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, plan, and execute in vitro experiments in accordance with study objectives

- Analyze and interpret experimental data, prepare detailed study reports, and present findings to internal teams

- Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and NABL guidelines

- Conduct thorough literature reviews to support study design and provide scientific context

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, QA, and regulatory teams to ensure successful project execution

- Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure proper documentation of all experimental procedures
