About the Role:
- Eurofins Advinus is seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development professional to spearhead our global growth in the CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) space.
- This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in expanding our global footprint across pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute robust business strategies to achieve international sales and revenue goals.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in pre-clinical and development services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across pharma, biotech, and life sciences sectors.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with technical, project, and regulatory teams to deliver customized client solutions.
- Business Development Execution: Manage the end-to-end BD process - including RFPs, proposal development, pricing models, and contract negotiations.
- Global Representation: Represent Eurofins Advinus at international conferences, client meetings, and industry events.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to provide - actionable insights.
- Client Success: Ensure seamless project transitions and uphold exceptional levels of client satisfaction to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development within the CDMO, CRO, or pharmaceutical services space.
- Deep understanding of pre-clinical development, drug discovery, and related service models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (scientific, regulatory, and project teams).
- Experience working with international clients and markets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and business development activities
