About the Role:

- Eureka Forbes Limited is looking to hire a Key Account Manager for their Sales of Spares business based out of Mumbai.

- The person will be responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with key clients, and institutional buyers for the organization's filter kits and spare parts business.

- The role requires a deep understanding of the B2B ecosystem, strong client management skills, and the ability to drive business growth through effective account planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow revenue from key accounts in the spares sales segment.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with channel partners and large institutional customers.

- Develop a robust partner pipeline and onboard new partners in line with the annual business plan.

- Sign and implement joint business plans with partners, ensuring 100% adherence to agreed deliverables.

- Design and execute customized account strategies to achieve targeted sales growth.

- Collaborate closely with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of spare parts.

- Monitor inventory health and coordinate with planning teams for accurate demand forecasting.

- Identify and drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing customer base.

- Proactively manage escalations, ensuring high levels of service and customer satisfaction.

- Conduct periodic business reviews with key accounts and relevant internal stakeholders.

- Continuously monitor competitive activity and market trends to uncover growth opportunities.

- Ensure strict adherence to commercial terms, payment cycles, and receivables management norms.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in Engineering/Science/Commerce; MBA preferred.

- 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales or key account management, preferably FMCG/FMCD/Automotive industry.

- Strong understanding of spares operations, logistics, and customer service.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven track record of managing large accounts and achieving revenue targets.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

- Willingness to travel as required.
