Responsible for sell in & sell out in RMT partner
Reporting Structure:
- Position reports to Region Head - Retail
Job Description:
- Sales: as per assigned budget - Primary, Secondary, Tertiary
- Sell in & Sell out - RMT account
- Collections: as per company commercial norms
- Interaction with buyer on sell in and sell out support.
Productivity:
- ISP's productivity as per metro & non-metro in all category (Water, VC and Air Purifier).
- Checking on display matrix and quality of the ISP
- Relationship with store manager
- Skill to generate business from non ISP store
- Customer service with support of service team.
- Review on market share & counter share on sku wise and store wise
- ISP recruitment, training, retraining to enhance productivity.
- Competition information
- Sales Forecasting/ scheme redistribution
- Structured Reporting: Weekly/Fortnightly/monthly.
- Liasoning with other support functions falls in his area of operation.
Required profile:
Experience : 7 - 12 years
Education : Graduation/ Post Graduation in Mgmt.
Industry Type : Chain store operation in major consumer electronics/white goods industry.
Functional Area: Working knowledge of handling the branch/state operations and knowledge of local market
