Role Overview:

As a Technical Project Manager, you will serve as the bridge between high-level business objectives and the engineering teams responsible for execution. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex software projects, ensuring that technical architecture, development timelines, and quality standards align with client expectations. By working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and key stakeholders, you will facilitate seamless workflows, mitigate delivery risks, and ensure that our technical solutions are both innovative and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end SDLC for complex software projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high-quality technical standards.

- Manage cross-functional teams by fostering a collaborative environment that promotes accountability and technical excellence.

- Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies to ensure team alignment, remove blockers, and maintain high velocity in development sprints.

- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks, ensuring that the engineering team has clear direction and scope.

- Oversee program management activities, including resource allocation, budget tracking, and stakeholder reporting to ensure project success.

- Collaborate with technical architects to validate system designs and ensure that the underlying architecture supports long-term scalability and performance.

- Monitor project health and delivery metrics, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to prevent delays.

Required Skillset:

- Possess 8 - 10 years of professional experience in technical project management and software delivery within fast-paced environments.

- Demonstrate deep expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams through complex project lifecycles.

- Exhibit strong technical proficiency to engage in meaningful discussions regarding Python-based backends and React.js frontends, ensuring architectural alignment.

- Maintain PMP or equivalent professional certifications that validate your mastery of project management frameworks and delivery best practices.

- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

- Show a high degree of adaptability in managing multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and business outcomes.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Bangalore, collaborating directly with local engineering teams and leadership.
