Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Financial Operations viz. Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Treasury, Taxation, Governance and Controls.
- Responsible for monthly financial closing and financial hygiene of the books of accounts.
- Leading completion of statutory audits, internal audits, due diligence as per timelines.
- Strengthening of internal controls and streamlining of various business processes and operations.
- Driving correct and timely invoicing and collections from the customers.
- Monitoring and Driving Working Capital Management and Funds Management.
- Responsible for relationship management with various bankers and lenders.
- Ensuring statutory compliances with respect to various laws / rules / regulations.
- Leading a team of 30+ team members and ensuring delivery of their KPIs, KRAs, career development conversations.
- Interaction with the key internal and external stakeholders regarding various governance, compliances and business operations related manners.
- Partnership CFO on driving business growth and profitability thru various initiatives, workstreams and analysis.
- Undertaking any other activities as may be informed by CFO.
Experience:
- Chartered Accountant with 14+ years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing organization, handling all aspects of financial operations.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced organization / start-up environment.
- Proficiency in technical aspects of accounting.
- Should have handled teams of atleast 20+ team members.
