We are looking for a high-energy individual for the Senior/Lead Data consultant roles at Eucloid. The candidate will advise clients on multiple business problems and help them achieve desirable business outcomes through projects. The candidate is expected to be a highly motivated individual with an ability to provide strategic & operational leadership for a high- performing, diverse team of Data Analysts, Data Scientists & Data Engineers:
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the definition, design and delivery of new data products within the customers Data Platform and related applications, reporting directly to the Director.
- Create product strategy documents/PRDs that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements and ROI
- Develop, update and implement standard operating procedures for deliverables including Reports, Analysis, Presentations and Technical Deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop analytics strategies.
- Lead Marketing Analytics, designing and implementing data solutions to meet business objectives.
- Conduct or lead data analysis, data mining, and statistical modeling to support business decisions.
- Provide expertise in data governance, data quality, and data security.
- Mentor junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Design and implement data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
Background:
- Undergraduate Degree in any quantitative discipline such as engineering or science from a Top-Tier institution. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Analytics or Data Functions. Very good understanding of data products.
- Prior experience in any Digital commerce function (Customer Analytics, Web Analytics, Marketing Automation etc.) is a plus.
- Prior experience in Big-data solutions, Data Engineering and Data Visualization
- Person should have ability to translate business problems into an analytical or quantitative problem.
Skills:
- Ability to handle ambiguity and fast-paced environment. Prior experience in managing Director+ level stakeholders a plus.
- Very good hands-on experience with SQL is must.
- Understanding of Big Data tech stack (Spark, Hadoop) and Cloud Platforms (GCP and AWS)
- Understanding of Data Engineering concepts
- Ability to formulate project strategy & roadmap through Metrics and Data-driven approach.
- Ability to structure a business problem in analytical or quantitative problem.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record in leadership and talent development for new hires (including new graduates).
