Job description:
We are looking for a high-energy individual for the role of Data Consultant/Senior Data Consultant at Eucloid. The candidate will collaborate with client stakeholders on multiple projects in the eCommerce team. The candidate is expected to lead following work-streams:
- Drive client meetings with data-driven insights and observations on key website/app metrics for Upper Funnel, middle Funnel and Lower funnel experiences.
- Map and assess the end-to-end customer journey, identify friction points, and recommend data- informed solutions.
- Work closely with various LOBs, marketing and website teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for various digital campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct pre- and post-campaign analysis to measure marketing impact and ROI.
- Develop insightful dashboards and regular reporting to support data-driven decision-making across teams.
- Identify new opportunities for optimization in the customer funnel and present findings to clients and stakeholders.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
- Stay updated on best practices and new features in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and digital experience optimization.
Ideal candidate will have following Background and Skills:
Background:
- Undergraduate Degree in any quantitative discipline such as engineering, science or economics from a Top-Tier institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analysis/Product Analyst function in a Product org or a client facing role.
- Knowledge of Product Analytics tool Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics/Amplitude etc.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify, analyze, and solve complex customer journey and web experience challenges.
- Deep understanding of customer journey mapping, website usability, and conversion rate optimization.
- Consulting background is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Ability to handle ambiguity and fast-paced environment. Prior experience in managing Director+ level stakeholders a plus.
- Ability to understand the technology stack, dependencies between applications and how the data flows between them.
- Highly adaptable to change and an excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate
