Job Description:
- We are looking for a high-energy individual for the role of Data Consultant/Senior Data Analyst at Eucloid. The candidate will collaborate with client stakeholders on multiple projects in the eCommerce team. The candidate is expected to lead following work-streams:
- Drive client meetings with data-driven insights and observations on key website/app metrics for Upper Funnel, middle Funnel and Lower funnel experiences.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders across multiple LOBs and functions. Translate business requirements into understanding key KPIs that can help guide decision making.
- Create site performance dashboards in a product analytics tool like Adobe Analytics (or similar tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude etc.).
- Develop Data-driven hypothesis and make recommendations on improving site engagement, conversion and other metrics.
- Define requirements for business dashboards to be created in Tableau.
- Pull out real-time business metrics from transactional systems/data-warehouses and understand the trends/drivers of those metrics.
- Lead and participate in daily standup meetings to continuously assess data needs and deliver those.
- Lead and participate in WBR/MBRs to present and discuss business trends
- Hire, develop and mentor junior data analysts in the team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level management regarding the implementation of changes
Background:
- Degree in any quantitative discipline such as engineering, science or economics from a Top-Tier institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analysis/Product Analyst function in a Product org or a client facing role.
- Knowledge of Product Analytics tool Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics/Amplitude etc.
- Proficiency in SQL and Data visualization tools like Tableau.
Skills:
- Strong Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Ability to handle ambiguity and fast-paced environment. Prior experience in managing Director+ level stakeholders a plus.
- Ability to understand the technology stack, dependencies between applications and how the data flows between them.
- Highly adaptable to change and an excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate
