Eucloid - Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will play a key role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop data platforms, and supporting business development activities.:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

- Interact with clients to understand business needs, define requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.

- Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and other technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Data Platform Development:

- Work closely with the technical teams to design, test, and validate data platforms aligned with client requirements.

- Participate in defining and tracking KPIs to ensure alignment between data solutions and business objectives.

Business Development Support:

- Assist in conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and preparing proposals for prospective clients.

- Collaborate with the Business Development team to create impactful presentations and sales collateral.

Project Management:

- Assist in managing project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met, and maintaining client satisfaction.

- Track project progress and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Background & Skills:

- MBA from a reputed institute with specialization in Business Analytics, Strategy, Operations, or Technology Management.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology / Computer Science / Information Systems or a related quantitative field.

- 2+ years of total experience, including 1+ years post-MBA in roles such as Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Strategy Analyst, or Consulting.

- Experience in IT, SaaS, Data/AI, Cloud Platforms, or Analytics-driven organizations is preferred.

- Exposure to working directly with clients in US/Europe markets or in roles requiring overlapping work hours.
