Euclid Innovations - Senior Business Analyst

Experience: 7 - 12 years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide business analysis coverage for the Governance, Risk and Compliance IT initiatives

- Translate high-level business requirements on multiple, complex applications into detailed functional specifications.

- Perform feasibility analysis, scope projects, prioritize deliverables, recommend alternative solutions and project strategies, and engage in negotiations.

- Work as a liaison between business unit and delivery team in all phases of development from product definition to deployment

- Understand and articulate GRC technology vision and strategy, ensure that technology solution is successfully aligned with the business goals and priorities.

- Develop use cases, process flows, and user interface mock-ups to communicate requirements.

- Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit valuable insights from key business users and stakeholders.

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.

- Identify and remove impediments that hinder project progress.

- Foster a collaborative, positive culture and maintain accountability amongst team members.

- Track and communicate team progress, using agile metrics such as burndown charts.

- Coordinate globally dispersed development, QA, and deployment

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience in a techno-functional role in the GRC Technology space, with hands-on experience and proven delivery success across global teams.

- Proven experience in a dual BA/Scrum Master role, preferably on GRC Tech Software Development Projects.

- Proven ability to use strong industry knowledge to understand client needs, design competitive solutions, and successfully partner with multiple clients who are sharing the same technology platform.

- Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Capable of collaborating effectively across a variety of IT and Business groups, across regions, roles and able to interact effectively with all levels.

- Experience in using agile project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.

Preferred Skills:

- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) and/or relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP) is a plus.

- Strong understanding of GRC frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management processes.

- Experience designing and implementing complex multi-tenant technology solutions based on leading market products, preferably in GRC domain (IBM OpenPages, RSA Archer)

- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, SOX, CRI or ISO standards.

- Experience with data warehousing, business intelligence, web and other multi-tiered, distributed applications/systems.

- Familiarity AI technologies, trends, and applications is a plus.
