ETS India - Product Manager Lead

- ETS is seeking a forward-thinking Product Lead to drive innovation across our Institutional Products portfolio-including TOEIC and the Edusoft suite.

- You'll lead strategy, guide execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful solutions that serve learners and institutions worldwide.

What You'll Do:

- Launch with purpose: Lead the development and rollout of Institutional Products across global markets.

- Spot opportunities: Analyze trends, identify gaps, and define a clear product vision.

- Listen deeply: Understand customer needs and translate insights into product requirements.

- Build boldly: Create new products and improve existing ones to meet evolving demands.

- Partner with tech: Work closely with engineering to shape implementation plans and timelines.

- Drive the roadmap: Own the product strategy from concept to launch.

- Lead with agility: Serve as a key stakeholder in the scrum team, collaborating with Product Owners to deliver high-impact features and exceptional user experiences.

- Communicate clearly: Share ideas and updates in a way that's persuasive, accessible, and tailored to your audience.

- Deliver results: Own product performance metrics, including P&L, and ensure goals are met.

What You Bring:

- 6+ years of product management experience with a strong record of launching successful products.

- 4+ years managing software services products with revenue over $10M.

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

- MBA preferred.
