Role Overview:
The Head of Marketing will lead and execute Etrav Tech's marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the company's ambitious growth objectives. This role involves working closely with the sales, product, and technology teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for shaping the company's market presence and ensuring that our solutions are effectively positioned to meet the evolving needs of the travel and hospitality sector.
This position is based in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals to increase market share and brand recognition.
- Lead the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
- Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI across various marketing channels.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, and marketing collateral, to engage target audiences.
- Drive lead generation efforts through digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing to fuel the sales pipeline.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and improve results.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the travel and hospitality technology landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of building and motivating high-performing marketing teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8-12 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the technology or travel and hospitality industries.
