Role Overview:
As our Brand Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. This role involves overseeing campaigns, analysing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Work with internal teams and external agencies for content creation/advertising and distribution across traditional and digital media
- Be responsible for the design and delivery of customer communication across all touch points.
- Own the full marketing lifecycle of product launches, working cross-functionally with product team and the management
- Strategize and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, e-commerce and influencer channels.
- Identify consumer insights and market trends to refine product messaging and brand direction.
- Establish strong brand recall through consistent visual identity, tone of voice, and community engagement.
- Monitor KPIs and marketing ROI to optimize brand and campaign performance
- Assist in developing an annual brand calendar, manage budgets and track expenditures
- Ensure adherence of brand guidelines across all touchpoints
- Ensure our e-commerce store is regularly updated with new products and promotions
- Strategize still shoots with photographers, product unboxing videos, product descriptor videos with the agency. Managing end to end operations to deliver the final and finished creative / images, videos.
- Knowledge of uploading A+ content, listings on E-commerce portals
- Strong understanding of AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., generative AI, automation, analytics) to accelerate brand growth.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 4+ years of work experience
- MBA in Marketing from Tier 1/2 campus
- Experience handling a digital first brand
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
