Job Description :

Responsibilities :

Customer engagements:

- Own the Customer engagement for Implementation of ETP solutions and ensure that solution that is delivered is aligned to customer requirements

- Engage at Presales stage for Solution map finalization, efforts estimation and providing a vision to the customer on how the onboarding and implementation will happen

Client Discovery and Needs Assessment :

i. Conduct in-depth consultations with enterprise clients to understand their business processes, goals, and challenges.

ii. Perform a comprehensive needs assessment to identify customization requirements and specific features needed for successful implementation.

Unified Global Solutions:

- Configuration :

i. Own the ETP Solution Configuration and align the customer and the internal delivery team on the Project goals and deliverables

ii. Configure the Unified Commerce Solution based on client requirements, including POS configurations, CRM settings, promotion rules, Order Management, Product Management and integration with online marketplaces.

iii. Collaborate with the development team to address any gaps/customization needs beyond the standard solution.

Training and Knowledge Transfer :

i. Develop and deliver training programs for client teams, ensuring they are proficient in using the solution effectively.

ii. Provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer to key stakeholders, addressing any questions or concerns.

iii. Provide training and conduct knowledge transfer sessions with internal Consulting team and RnD

Project Management :

i. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones for own activities in a project.

ii. Support Project Manager in project planning and scheduling

iii. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project deliverables align with client expectations.

iv. Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or deviations from the plan.

Technical Support :

i. Act as a point of contact for technical issues, troubleshooting and resolving any challenges that arise during and after the implementation.

ii. Work closely with the technical support team to ensure timely resolution of client issues.

Documentation and Reporting :

i. Create and maintain detailed documentation for each implementation, including configuration details, customizations, and training materials.

ii. Generate regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders on project status, key performance indicators, and post-implementation feedback.

Collaboration and Communication :

i. Foster strong communication and collaboration between clients, internal development teams, and other relevant stakeholders.

ii. Communicate client feedback, feature requests, and enhancement opportunities to the product development team.

Education Qualification :

Masters or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
