Your Role: The incumbent shall be a key member in the compliance team for NBFC business under ET Money, primarily responsible for providing end to end compliance support to all the internal teams including Product, Operations and Marketing. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with broad and generalist responsibilities of legal and compliance along with a specialist role in the NBFC domain. You will be responsible for counseling the business and operations on a routine basis by giving proactive, competent, effective and creative compliance support. Responsibilities: 1. You will be a key compliance official and responsible for managing NBFC compliances with respect to RBI and other regulatory bodies. 2. You will be responsible for devising compliance and business plans under the applicable regulatory umbrella. 3. You will be supervising changes in the regulatory environment; formulating internal policies and supervising implementation of the regulatory changes. Providing adequate training to various teams covering regulatory developments. 4. You will be managing internal compliances and supporting development of the business initiatives and product developments. 5. You will liaise with Statutory/Regulatory authorities including Reserve Bank of India, ROC, SEBI, MCA as required. 6. You will be managing Internal, statutory and regulatory audits of the NBFC business. Skills Required: 1. LLB, CS or MBA in finance with 7 to 10 years of work experience. 2. You should have minimum 5 years of experience in NBFC Compliance preferably in Investment and Credit company NBFC. 3. You should be able to run the project independently and/or jointly with the team. 4. You should be well versed with the regulatory environment in the BFSI space. 5. You must have excellent communication and presentation skills. 6. You should have a strong Compliance and Legal acumen. 7. You should have the capability to lead, manage and work with cross functional teams.
