Role: PR & Communications Specialist - Earned Media

The world of PR has undergone a significant transformation, and so has the way people establish trust with brands. Today's audiences don't just read news; they experience narratives across digital platforms, communities, and voices they relate to. We're looking for a modern communications professional who understands this shift and can craft earned media strategies that live across both traditional and new-age channels. The successful candidate will be someone who can think beyond press releases and headlines, and build meaningful engagement through stories, partnerships, and conversations that travel organically.

What You'll Do

Shape the brand narrative: Craft and communicate ET Money's story in ways that drive thought leadership and cultural relevance.

Lead a modern earned media strategy: Blend traditional PR with digital-first storytelling, organic creator collaborations, and platform-native visibility.

Build strong media relationships: From established journalists to emerging digital voices, develop a network that amplifies ET Money's perspective on the future of personal finance.

Work cross-functionally: Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams to align narratives with brand strategy and key initiatives.

Measure what matters: Track and analyse visibility, engagement, and brand sentiment across all earned channels to continuously evolve the approach.

What You'll Bring?

- At least 5 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or brand storytelling.

- Deep understanding of how audiences consume information today across digital, social, and emerging media formats.

- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills.

- Exceptional writing and narrative development ability.

- Experience in fintech, startups, or consumer-facing brands is a strong advantage.

- A natural curiosity about culture, media, and how conversations shape perception.
