Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic CRM & Martech Strategist who will be responsible for driving customer lifecycle initiatives, maximizing retention, and building scalable Martech ecosystems for our clients. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, hands-on technical know-how, and deep experience with modern Martech platforms and data-driven marketing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Martech Leadership: - Develop and implement CRM strategies focused on customer lifecycle management, personalization, and retention. - Align Martech capabilities with overall business objectives to drive meaningful outcomes and ROI. - Design and execute Martech transformation roadmaps for clients, ensuring long-term scalability and efficiency. 2. Martech Stack Expertise: - Evaluate and audit clients' existing Martech stacks to identify gaps and define use cases for optimization. - Architect and manage an integrated Martech ecosystem, eliminating data silos and technology redundancies. - Collaborate with IT, data, and marketing teams to build, implement, and optimize Martech capabilities. 3. Platform Proficiency: - Customer Data Platforms (CDPs): Segment, Tealium, mParticle, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Treasure Data. - Personalization Tools: Adobe Target, Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, Evergage, Monetate. - Content Management Systems (CMS): Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, Drupal, WordPress. - Analytics & Tracking: Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), GTM. - Campaign Platforms: Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer, -Braze, MoEngage, WebEngage, Netcore. - Email Marketing: SendGrid, Mailchimp, Kenscio, etc. 4. Customer Experience & Orchestration: - Design and implement personalized omnichannel customer journeys using data-triggered and contextually relevant touchpoints. - Leverage progressive profiling and preference management to enhance long-term engagement. - Implement real-time decisioning systems and next-best-action frameworks for deeper engagement. 5. Data Strategy & Management: - Develop and lead first, second, and third-party data strategies including identity resolution and unified customer views ("golden records"). - Translate complex data insights into actionable CRM and marketing initiatives. - Collaborate with BI/Data Science teams to leverage predictive models and AI for campaign optimization. 6. Cross-functional Collaboration & Governance: - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (product, IT, engineering, vendors) to implement Martech and CRM strategies effectively. - Establish campaign SOPs and develop reporting frameworks for performance tracking. - Ensure compliance and governance standards across tools, platforms, and data usage. Qualifications & Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM, Martech strategy, or retention marketing, preferably within an agency or digital-first brand. - Demonstrated ability to lead CRM initiatives across Email, SMS, App, and Web platforms. - Strong business acumen with the ability to connect marketing goals with technical solutions. - Proven experience in cross-functional leadership to drive digital transformation. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Skills Preferred: - Exposure to AdTech, SalesTech, and ServiceTech ecosystems. - Experience in calculating and presenting Martech ROI and business impact. - Working knowledge of loyalty programs and customer retention partnerships.
