Ethos Watches is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Fashion to lead and drive sales strategies across its Luxury retail network. This role will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, maximizing sales performance, and strengthening brand positioning in the luxury watch segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in Fashion Business.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple locations, ensuring strong leadership and motivation.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth customers (HNWIs) and key business partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Drive customer experience excellence by implementing best practices in luxury retail sales and service.
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure seamless store performance.
- Develop strategies for client retention, loyalty programs, and personalized customer engagement.
- Oversee inventory planning and store-level stock management to optimize sales opportunities.
- Identify and implement new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends in luxury retail.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in luxury retail, accessories, jewellery or high-end fashion.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning, customer preferences, and retail trends.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
- Exceptional communication skills with a passion for luxury retail and customer excellence.
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
