We are seeking a high-impact Senior Manager of Consumer Revenue Operations to lead and scale the RevOps function supporting our B2C go-to-market organization. This individual will be a key operational leader who combines strategic thinking with strong execution. You will lead a team of RevOps professionals to develop and maintain a robust sales engagement platform and analytics infrastructure, and serve as the operational backbone for our sales organization.
As a trusted partner to GTM leadership, you'll align systems, data, and processes to unlock growth, increase conversion across the funnel, and support Ethos as we scale.
What You'll Do
Team & Organizational Leadership
- Manage and grow a team of RevOps professionals; hire, mentor, and scale the team to meet evolving business needs.
- Develop team vision, KPIs, and operating cadence aligned with company and revenue goals.
- Lead a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Operational Infrastructure & Scale
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end revenue processes across the sales funnel.
- Own and evolve our GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Regal, Balto) and tech stack roadmap.
- Drive operational rigor through clear SOPs, documentation, change management, and governance.
Data, Insights & Decision Support
- Deliver timely, accurate reporting and dashboards to track performance, surface opportunities, and inform executive decisions.
- Partner with Analytics and Strategy to run funnel diagnostics, cohort analyses, and performance deep-dives.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights to improve conversion, productivity, and ROI.
Cross-functional Partnership
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance to shape strategy, pricing, and go-to-market execution.
- Lead initiatives that span multiple functions-such as lead distribution, comp planning, attribution modeling, and lifecycle optimization.
- Ensure stakeholder needs are met with transparency, urgency, and insight.
What You'll Bring
- 5-7+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations; at least 2 years managing teams.
- Demonstrated success supporting a high-velocity B2C or D2C revenue organization.
- Experience scaling GTM systems and data environments; Salesforce admin-level knowledge strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with SQL and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Mode, Amplitude); comfort building and interpreting dashboards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills-able to build trust across levels and functions.
- Fluent in English
- Exceptional problem-solving skills; thrives in ambiguity and brings clarity and structure to complex problems.
- Salesforce system admin experience preferred
- Work onsite with flexibility to overlap with US working hours.
