Ethos Technologies - Business Analyst

- Enhance and refine the logic of Ethos' underwriting engine to improve accuracy, efficiency, and customer experience.

- Query, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify optimization opportunities and guide underwriting improvements.

- Partner with risk, actuarial, product, and engineering teams to design and implement new rules, workflows, and data-driven processes.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of underwriting logic, proactively identifying gaps or issues and proposing solutions.

- Develop and maintain processes for validating changes, testing logic updates, and ensuring high-quality system performance.

- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Support troubleshooting and resolution of system or data-related issues impacting underwriting.
