Senior Manager - Finance KEY ROLE: - Managing the financial reporting for the organization. This includes monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, 5 year financial plans and all statutory financial reporting. Creating consolidating budgeted P&L, Balance sheet and Cash flow. - Play a key role in formulation of business strategy and presentation of financial results & insights to the Board - Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Financial and Management Accounting functions. - Cost controller - Advising and implementing best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs - Managing and tracking budget and accounting information including billing, collections, and tax information - Excellent experience in Finance & Accounts, MIS Reporting, Budgeting, Direct & Indirect Taxation and Auditing. - Proficient in maintaining & reconciling accounts; creating, documenting as well as summarizing current financial status by collecting information. - Hands-on experience in preparing balance sheet, and profit & loss statements as per IGAAP and Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS). - Skilled in ensuring adherence to accounting controls by following policies & procedures in compliance with legal & regulatory requirements. - Resourceful in undertaking financial statements, quarterly variance analysis as well as preparing weekly P&L reports with complete variance analyses against budget. - Experienced in coordinating for all Income Tax / Transfer Pricing assessments; preparing & filing Income Tax Returns, Tax Audit Report, Income Tax and GST Returns. MUST HAVE'S : - Must have relevant experience of Finance/Accounts of 8-12 years and experience heading the finance function for 3+ years. - Ability to problem-solve and assess the situation to provide strategies and evaluate options. - Outstanding administrative, verbal and written communication skills. - A team-oriented approach with a capability to form relationships at numerous levels (internally and externally). - A result-oriented individual with strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills - Ability to lead by example and demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, ethics and dependability - Ability to collaborate with upper management to organize, plan and achieve company financial goals. - Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and financial reporting software - Tally Prime, SAP, ZOHO Books. - Inclined to work in a challenging & dynamic work environment of a start-up. - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required) - Professional accounting qualification such as CA or CPA (optional)
