About the company and the role Registered under the name Klar Care Services Private Limited (Klar), Klar has two brands: - Laundromania - sustainable premier laundry and dry cleaning service provider - Ethiek - sustainable detergent brand The company is founded by Ms. Ayushi Pande & Mr. Pashupathy Gopalan. Ayushi, an alumina of Lady Sri Ram College and London School of Economics, has over a decade of entrepreneurial experience in sustainable space. Pashupathy, with an MBA from Stanford Business School, runs various companies in the sustainable space. Job Role: Given that the company is currently in its initial stages of growth, the potential candidate will get a hands-on experience in strategizing and running the business. The role will include: Ethiek - sustainable detergent company Being launched in Jun 2023, Ethiek is a brand at a very nascent stage, and the candidate is expected to take complete hold of the brand and its business 1. Understanding the business vertical and market demand 2. Crafting marketing and growth strategy to increase market share in the home care segment 3. Evaluate the performance of business on a weekly basis and suggest action points 4. Present at the weekly meeting to the company's board and advisor and strategize on next steps 5. Customer segmentation 6. Prepare investor pitch and budgets 7. Revaluate product pricing on ongoing basis to factor in the market scenario 8. Address creatively the challenges that may arise in business functioning 9. Inventory and logistics management 10. Coordination with various business partners (designers, performance marketing companies, web developers, raw material suppliers etc.) to fulfil the business needs Laundromania 1. Data analytics 2. Discourse on the business growth strategy The role will also include overviewing the MIS and financial statements of Klar on monthly basis. The above is an indicative job description. This is a full-time job position based in Mumbai (Mahim) and the office is operational for 5 days a week + 2 alternative Saturdays.
