About the Role:

- We are seeking a highly innovative and detail-oriented Creative Manager to lead the brands visual and creative communication across all digital platforms.

- The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in storytelling, digital design, campaign ideation, and brand building - especially in the travel and hospitality space.

- You will be responsible for driving the creative direction that inspires travelers and enhances customer engagement across the brand ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities1:.

Creative Strategy & Brand Development:.

- Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, website visuals, social media, and promotional materials.

- Define and maintain a strong brand identity consistent across all customer touchpoints.

- Conceptualize travel-related themes, brand stories, and visuals that emotionally connect with travelers.

Campaign Development & Execution:.

- Create engaging campaign ideas for festive offers, seasonal promotions, destination marketing, and OTA product launches.

- Collaborate with performance, content, and social media teams to deliver cohesive campaign results.

- Ensure all creatives align with business goals, customer segments, and marketing objectives.

Content & Design Production:.

- Oversee end-to-end creative production: banners, landing pages, videos, travel reels, motion graphics, infographics, and emailers.

- Manage a team of designers, video editors, and content creators.

- Review and refine all creative assets to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.

Market & Trend Research:.

- Stay updated with travel trends, global creative standards, design innovations, and competitor campaigns.

- Provide direction to create content that resonates with different target audiences B2B, B2C, families, couples, corporate travelers, etc.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:.

- Work closely with product, marketing, SEO, social, and sales teams for creative requirements.

- Support OTA product pages, app screens, UI/UX creatives, and promotional modules.

- Coordinate with partners, tourism boards, hotels, and vendors for co-branded creatives.

Project & Team Management:.

- Manage creative workflows, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of all assets.

- Guide the team with constructive feedback and skill development.

- Maintain a high standard of creativity while balancing speed and deadlines.

Required Skills & Competencies:.

- Strong understanding of travel industry creative standards.

- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Canva, Figma.

- Exceptional storytelling and visual communication skills.

- Ability to conceptualize ideas quickly and translate briefs into compelling designs.

- Experience in video content, reels creation, and motion graphics is a strong plus.

- Excellent project management and team-handling capabilities.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Qualifications & Experience:.

- Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, Media, Marketing, or relevant field.

- 5-7 years of experience in creative roles, preferably with a travel company, OTA, DMC, hotel chain, or digital agency.

- Portfolio demonstrating strong creative work (mandatory).
