Ethics & Investigations Lead - Forensic/Internal Audit

Lead end-to-end investigations:

- Lead end-to-end investigations arising from whistleblower complaints, management referrals, audit observations, and other sources.

- Develop investigation plans, define scope, identify key evidence sources, and determine investigation strategies.

- Conduct interviews of complainants, witnesses, subjects, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Obtain, review, and analyze documentary, financial, digital, and transactional evidence.

- Assess allegations objectively and determine facts based on available evidence.

- Prepare investigation reports, executive summaries, closure notes, and presentations for senior management and Ethics Committee review.

- Promote awareness of ethical conduct and reporting mechanisms.

- Develop and maintain a robust network of internal and external sources to gather actionable intelligence relating to fraud, misconduct, ethics violations, corruption, conflicts of interest, and other high-risk matters.
