ETG - Finance Manager - Group Operations

Job Overview:

- The Finance Manager will oversee key financial and operational functions, ensuring efficiency in total delivered cost, and cost to server, which can be focused Supply chain, IT processing, and commercial operation and business projects.

- The role requires strong technical expertise in finance, as well as proficiency in Excel data modelling and data warehousing, PowerPoint, and presentation skills.

- Role needs expertise in End-to-end transaction processing in ERP considering IFRS.

- Role needs hands on experience in business operations and deep understanding of departmental KPI of total supply chain function, which includes Logistics, transportation, procurement department.

- Role need compete proficiency in commercial operation, and able to set KPI for commercial and sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize finance and operations processes.

- Oversee inventory, IT processing, and commercial aspects of the business.

- Develop financial models, reports, and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and graphics tools.

- Develop transparency and visibility to operational KPI and support organization in taking day-to-day operational decisions considering operational financial impact of each decision.

- Collaborate with internal origin country P&L heads, Internal Audit, corporate finance and external stakeholders to enhance financial efficiency.

- Manage operation finance driven project, and digitalization projects of the ETG.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

- Provide data-driven financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

- CA, ( Plus MBA in supply chain or systems will be preferable)

- 2- 3 years operations finance experience.

- If non-CA then 7years operation finance experience.

- Role need travel across country

- Expertise in ERP , financial data modeling and data warehousing, expert in Excel and PPT.

- Some one in serving notice period already will be good as need resource asap.

- Agri trading and fertilizer manufacturing industry experience preferable but not show stopper if not
