Job Title: Senior Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant (Finance & Reporting)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant with strong Finance domain expertise and a solid background in reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate should be capable of working closely with finance stakeholders while delivering robust reporting solutions and EBS enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a Techno-Functional consultant for Oracle EBS Financial modules such as:

- General Ledger (GL)

- Accounts Payable (AP)

- Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Fixed Assets (FA)

- Cash Management (CM)

- Gather and translate finance business requirements into functional and technical solutions.

Design and develop financial reports, MIS reports, and dashboards using:

- BI Publisher

- Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)

- Power BI / Tableau

- Develop and optimize complex SQL & PL/SQL queries, packages, and procedures for financial data extraction and reporting.

- Work on period close reports, reconciliations, trial balance, and financial analytics.

- Customize and support standard EBS financial reports and concurrent programs.

Collaborate with finance teams for:

- Month-end / Year-end closing support

- Data validation and reconciliation

- Audit and compliance reporting

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance optimization in reporting solutions.

- Support integrations involving financial data and assist in troubleshooting production issues.

Required Skills:

- 8-12 years of experience in Oracle EBS Techno-Functional roles.

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).

- Deep understanding of financial processes, accounting concepts, and reporting needs.

- Strong expertise in SQL & PL/SQL.

Proven experience with reporting tools:

- BI Publisher (must-have)

- OAC / Power BI / Tableau

- Strong knowledge of EBS Financial data model.

- Ability to interact with finance stakeholders and business users effectively.

Requirements added by the job poster:

- 2+ years of work experience with Business Intelligence (BI)

- 5+ years of work experience with Oracle E-Business Suite

- Working in a hybrid setting
