Job Summary: We are looking for a visionary and experienced Technology Leader to head the HRIS & Corporate Functions Technology portfolio, leading the offshore development team based in Hyderabad, India. This role is responsible for overseeing the design, delivery, optimization of Workday and corporate IT platforms, ensuring they align with businessgoals and global standards. As a senior leader, you will provide both technical leadership and strategic oversight driving system innovation, managing large-scale HR and enterprise tech programs, and building a high-performing offshore delivery team in partnership with global stakeholders across geographies. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Delivery Oversight: - Define and drive the global Workday and Corporate Functions technology roadmap in alignment with business and HR strategy. - Oversee the execution of end-to-end system implementations, upgrades, and support across HRIS and other enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle). - Provide architectural direction and governance for Workday development, integrations (Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors), and reporting. Offshore Team Leadership: - Lead and mentor a cross-functional technical team in Hyderabad, promoting a culture of excellence, agility, and accountability. - Optimize resource planning, project prioritization, and delivery execution to meet strategic and operational goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Act as a primary liaison between onshore and offshore teams to ensure alignment, clear communication, and effective collaboration. - Partner with People & Culture, IT, Security, and Data Governance teams to develop solutions that are scalable and compliant. Project & Program Management: - Lead multiple concurrent programs following Agile, DevOps, and ITIL best practices; manage timelines, budgets, and outcomes. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, governance frameworks, test plans, and deployment strategies. Risk Management & Quality Assurance: - Drive technical and operational risk mitigation strategies while implementing best-in-class quality control and assurance processes. - Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations, security standards (SOC2, GDPR), and internal audit requirements. Innovation & Technology Strategy: - Evaluate and implement emerging technologies within the HR and corporate systems landscape including AI/ML, automation, and self-service platforms. - Stay current on Workday enhancements, certifications, and industry innovations to influence ongoing digital transformation. Required Qualifications: - 18+ years of IT leadership experience with a strong focus on HRIS, Workday development, and corporate function technologies. - Minimum 5+ years leading large-scale offshore or distributed teams in a global enterprise environment. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline; Masters degree preferred. In-depth experience with: - Workday HCM modules, Integrations (Studio, EIB, Web Services) - Corporate platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, and enterprise IT delivery models. - Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for continuous improvement and delivery. - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization. Preferred Qualifications: - Workday certifications (e.g., Studio, Reporting, Core HCM) - Experience in regulated industries or compliance-driven environments (e.g., finance, healthcare, gaming) - Technical certifications related to Oracle, Salesforce, or data security - Exposure to AI, data analytics platforms, or automation tools within HR/Corporate tech Why Join Us?
