eSthennos Technologies - Senior Manager - Compliance & Reporting

Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and articulate Senior Compliance Manager with 1-2 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the BFSI or technology domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and excellent spoken and written communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the company complies with all relevant regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements.

- Monitor changes in regulatory frameworks and update internal policies and processes accordingly.

- Coordinate and communicate effectively with auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies.

- Conduct internal compliance reviews and risk assessments.

- Prepare clear, well-structured compliance reports, presentations, and documentation.

- Lead and participate in compliance training sessions for internal teams.

- Draft, review, and maintain policy documents, contracts, and agreements from a compliance perspective.

- Support in responding to regulatory audits, notices, and inspections.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; compliance certifications are a plus.

- 1-2 years of experience in a compliance role, ideally in the BFSI, fintech, or IT services sector.

- Solid understanding of regulatory guidelines, data protection laws, and industry best practices.

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills - able to present and explain compliance matters clearly and confidently.

- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with various departments and external stakeholders.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
