Estate Manager Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, understanding their property requirements and addressing any concerns or queries they may have. - Serve as the single point of contact for builders, fostering a positive and collaborative partnership. - Actively seek feedback from builders on their experiences with connectivity services. - Use this feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement practical changes to enhance overall satisfaction in coordination with internal teams. - Anticipate and address potential challenges or disruptions in connectivity services, working closely with builders to implement pre-emptive measures. - Act as a responsive point of contact for issue resolution, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum satisfaction with the provided network services. B. Cross Selling and Upselling: - Actively seek opportunities for cross-selling connectivity solutions based on builders' evolving needs and industry trends. - Work closely with internal Vertical specialists to coordinate information and upsell additional connectivity solutions such as Managed Wi-Fi and IoT to builders. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive estate funnel that outlines the connectivity needs and potential opportunities within the existing clients' estates/new clients. - Regularly update the funnel with relevant information, including upcoming renewals, expansion possibilities, and potential upselling/cross-selling opportunities. C. Negotiation and Contract Renewals: - Play a key role in lease renewals and contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for both the organization and builders. - Utilize negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term collaboration. - Facilitate a smooth onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns to build confidence in the provided services. D. Miscellaneous: - Oversee the monitoring of rental and power billing, ensuring accurate and timely payments from the builders. - Provide support in addressing any billing/collection concerns and work towards efficient collection processes. - Organize occasional events or meetings to strengthen relationships with builders.
