- Managing overall estate operations. - Responsible for the Quality targets & for protecting the costs of the department. - Initiating training need and implementation of SOPs and SSOPs for all operations managers and associates. - Work closely with team of chefs for menu planning and food festivals - Responsible for all Tycoon guest services and administration in Food and Beverage department - Financial reporting, Food and Beverage cost control and budgets to ensure maximum profitability of the department - Maintaining required hygiene and guest satisfaction levels - Adherence to the Audits brand standards and targeting training and development towards achieving high conformity scores. - Liaising with Housekeeping and engineering for maintenance of the product, by creating and adhering to periodic maintenance schedules. - Managing staff and any volunteers. - Foster a collaborative working approach, with internal or external staff. - Carry out financial planning for a project and control the budget. - Oversee the development of the estate, to make sure it's being effectively run to meet the estate's objectives - Carry out community engagement work - inform and engage the local community to ensure positive visitor numbers and that facilities are as well utilised as possible - Keep up to date with legislation and regulations that affect the estate - Carry out marketing activities - this will often include social media communication aimed at building a positive image, improving public perception and encouraging community engagement.
