Estate Lead/Manager - Real Estate

Role Summary:

Responsible for overseeing multiple luxury residences and bungalow managers, ensuring standardized operations, governance, and strategic alignment with family objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee operations across multiple residential properties

- Lead and manage bungalow managers and ensure performance standards

- Develop and enforce SOPs, service protocols, and governance frameworks

- Manage portfolio-level budgets including CAPEX and OPEX

- Handle vendor contracts and strategic partnerships

- Oversee refurbishment, construction, and improvement projects

- Manage staff structures, hiring, and training programs across properties

- Act as primary interface with family office and provide reporting dashboards

- Oversee large-scale events and VIP engagements across properties

- Ensure risk management, safety, and security compliance across estates

Skills & Qualifications:

- 18+ years experience in estate, hospitality, or property portfolio management

- Proven experience managing multiple properties and teams

- Strong financial management experience (CAPEX + OPEX)

- Vendor contracting and negotiation expertise

- Project management skills (renovations, new builds, upgrades)

- Strong reporting and dashboarding capability (MIS, governance reports)
